Finance and Business Development Manager

WCADA is a registered charity and limited company. Founded in 1979, we have been providing a wide range of services for our communities in Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend. Our aims are to reduce, treat and prevent the harm caused by alcohol and drugs to individuals, their families and the community.

We are currently looking for a motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join our innovative and passionate head office team. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate to make a valuable contribution to a charity that is focused on supporting its staff and volunteers to provide high quality services for the people and communities it serves.

As part of the Senior Management Team, the Finance and Business Development Manager will be responsible for taking the initiative and thinking strategically to maximise income generation and manage the budget to have the greatest impact on the needs of the business.

Reporting to the Chief Executive and Senior Management Team, the successful candidate will be expected to report on performance, ensuring a sound understanding of income and expenditure through management accounts and appropriate analysis linked to the business development strategy.

 

Location: Head Office, Swansea

Salary: Scale Point 26-28: £33,799 - £35,934 per annum

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours

Engagement Outreach Worker

WCADA is a registered charity and limited company providing a wide range of services across Swansea, Neath Port Talbot and Bridgend. WCADA aims to reduce, treat and prevent the harm caused by alcohol and drugs to individuals, their families and the community. We are currently looking for motivated, enthusiastic and dedicated individuals to join our innovative and passionate team.

We are seeking to employ an Engagement Outreach Worker who will work in the local community to identify, engage with and assist individuals aged 18 years and over who use alcohol and/or drugs, have complex needs and are not accessing alcohol and drug treatment agencies.   

 

Location: Neath Port Talbot

Reports to: Neath Port Talbot Treatment Services Team Leader

Salary: Sc. 25, £21,104 – Sc. 27, £22,515 *pro-rata per annum

Hours of Work: 37.5 hours per week (flexible working hours)
